Business and long-stay bookings

How long can we stay?

Bookings can run from two nights up to twelve months. Most of our houses are set up for stays of weeks or months, with full kitchens and laundry so crews can look after themselves.

Weekly and monthly pricing

Prices depend on the house, the dates and the length of stay. Each property page shows live pricing for your dates. For stays of several weeks or more, or several houses at once, send a business enquiry and we'll quote for the whole booking.

Paying as a company

You can pay online when you book on a property page, or by bank transfer. If your accounts team needs something specific, such as a purchase order number, an invoice made out to the company or a named cost centre, put it in the invoicing box on the form and we'll confirm what we can provide before you book.

Extending a stay

Projects overrun. If you need to extend, tell us as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or email and we'll check the calendar. The same house is usually the easiest option, subject to availability.

Booking several houses together

For crews bigger than one house, we can book several of our Newark houses for the same dates. Tell us the team size and the bed setup you need, for example how many people need their own room, and we'll suggest the combination that fits.

Cleaning and linen on long stays

Every house is cleaned before arrival. Extra cleans and fresh linen and towels can be added during a stay; prices are listed in our Rental Conditions. Ask us to build a regular clean into a long booking.

Check-in

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am unless agreed otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged. The person booking must be 18 or over, and we ask for ID, as set out in the Rental Conditions. If the lead guest is not the person booking, tell us so we can send arrival details to the right person.
